REVACIO®DL is a excellent thermo forming base film for dry lamination with CPP film or co-extrusion with CPP film, to making no curling film in hot water sterilization, after forming process.Which exhibits superior transparency, excellent of easy peel, gloss, forming processability, forming depth, it contains special pa(nylon) layer, so strong with soft film ,with high dyne of corona treated film for dry-lamination or co-extrusion.
REVACIO®DL films has been in the making under 50um~250um of thickness because it contains special pa(nylon) layer, enough to use dept forming with high barrier condition in cold temperature with high humidity as refrigerator or ice box, contrary to most of the barrier film will decrease barrier properties cold temperature with high humidity.
REVACIO®DL films does not use harmful substance in all layer only use approved raw material by FDA, EU, JAPAN., ect.
